White screen appears after logging into WebISO. Using the back button shows I'm logged in.

white screen appears after loginWhen this happens, "reload" or "refresh" the browser window and your "My Blackboard" should appear. See also, "when logging in from home, I get a blank page.", plus refer to other Problems Logging Into Blackboard. 
 

!Attention MAC users: Logging into Blackboard 6 using Internet Explorer on the Macintosh is problematic.

Internet Explorer for the Mac does not provide the level of security required for logging into Blackboard 6. Please try another browser (e.g. Netscape 7.1 or Safari). See also, Recommended Browsers. 
 

!Attention MAC users: Empty the cache in Safari:

When using Safari, empty the cache frequently. Web pages are stored in the cache, so as content is updated, you may not see those updates until you empty the cache.

You can clear the cache from within Safari. Select the "Safari" menu item (next to the "Apple" icon) and from the dropdown list, click on "Empty Cache..."
