Hiding & Showing Grade Columns in the Spreadsheet

Grade Center > Hide Grade Columns (option 1)

To hide a grade column (Option 1):

1. Click the "down arrow button" located in the heading of the column you wish to hide.
2. Select “Hide Column” from the contextual menu listing.
3. The column will no longer be visible from your spreadsheet view.*

*NOTE: Hiding a column only removes it from "your" view, and NOT from your students' view.

Grade Center > Hide Grade Columns (option 2)

To hide a grade column (Option 2):

1. Click on the "Manage" menu item located on the Grade Center action menu.
2. Select "Organize Grade Center" from the menu listing.
3. Select the checkbox next to each row listing the grade column you wish to hide from your spreadsheet view.
4. Select "Hide Selected Columms" from the menu listing of the "Show/Hide" action menu located at the top of the page.
5. Click "Submit".
6. The column will no longer be visible from your spreadsheet view.*

*NOTE: Hiding a column only removes it from "your" view, and NOT from your students' view.

Show a Grade Column

To show a grade column:

1. Click on the "Manage" menu item located on the Grade Center action menu.
2. Select "Organize Grade Center" from the menu listing.
3. Select the checkbox next to each row listing the grade column you wish to show in your spreadsheet view.
4. Select "Show Selected Columms" from the menu listing of the "Show/Hide" action menu located at the top of the page.
5. Click "Submit".
6. The column will be visible in your spreadsheet view.*

*NOTE: This function only affects "your" view, and NOT your students' view.
