Freezing a Grade Column

Grade Center > Freeze Grade Columns

    Frozen columns, in the spreadsheet view, are located at the left, are indicated in grey, and remain visible on screen when scrolling horizontally. Student information columns are set by default to be frozen. You can change which columns you prefer to have frozen.

    To freeze a grade column:

  1. Click on the "Manage" menu.
  2. Select "Organize Grade Center" from the listing.
  3. Drag and drop the row containing the grade item column you wish to freeze above the grey bar indicating the frozen columns.
  4. Click "Submit".

3. Drag and drop the row up above the grey frozen column indicator bar

  1. Mouse over the gray box of the row of the grade item you wish to move.
  2. Click, drag up and then release once you have positioned the grade item above the grey frozen column indicator bar.
  3. Click Submit. The grade column will appear at the left in the spreadsheet view and will remain visible when you scroll horizontally.
