The Computing Services Help Center is available to staff, faculty, students and sponsored affiliates. Contact the Help Center with questions regarding:

The Carnegie Mellon Computer Store is a non-profit university department that sells a variety of computers, software, and peripherals to the campus community and volume discount prices. They are located in the back of the University Center Bookstore and can be reached at 412-268-2636 or by email at email@example.com.
Computer Repair services provided by the University Store are available to all Carnegie Mellon University students, faculty and staff. Fees are assessed hourly and are generally competitive with external hardware repair services. Warranty repairs on major brand computers can also be performed.
