I am a Computational Biologist and I am interested in investigating the regulatory role of microRNAs in gene networks. I am using the sea urchin (S.purpuratus) and star fish as my model organisms. I work with Dr. Veronica Hinman and Dr. Takis Benos from University of Pittsburgh.
