Some of the more common problems users are experiencing will be described here with solutions.

Chapter 5 errors:

If statement errors, no records read during Inload.
This is usually caused by Excel saving the file in the wrong format. To correct, open the .IN file with the CSV COMMA DELIMITED option. This option is "hidden" in the "text..." button of the OPEN menu. You will likely see CSV TAB DELIMITED when you first open this option, which is the cause of the error. Once you open the file with the CSV COMMA DELIMITED option, make sure you save it as a CSV COMMA DELIMITED file.

Incorrect data was inloaded and saved
If you have inloaded data and saved it and later want to correct an error in that saved information: inload the corrected information in its entirety again. When you save that new information, the old information will be overwritten in its entirety.
