The purpose of Health and Fitness awareness is to bring into focus the various wellness components that if adopted will add to the quality and possibly the longevity of life. We offer several workshops and programs to help you and/or your department on your way.
Group Personal Training

Is your group interested in training but can't make it to the University Center?
Group workshops are offered throughout the semester to provide a general demonstration and explanation of proper use of the weight equipment at the University Center or Skibo. Staff development weight training workshops can be demonstrated in your office by using limited equipment including stretch tubing, balance discs and/or your own body weight. Group workshops last for 45 minutes.
Upon completion of the workshop(s), if more information is needed contact Donna Morosky, 412-268-8140, for further program development.
