Women’s Tennis Defeats Slippery Rock and Penn State Behrend

Feb. 2 – (WEXFORD, Pa.) – Carnegie Mellon University women's tennis opened their 2008 spring schedule with an 8-1 victory over 20th-ranked Division II opponent Slippery Rock University and a 9-0 win against Penn State Behrend, Saturday, February 2.  The match was played at the Oxford Athletic Club North.  With the two wins the Tartans move to 3-2 in dual matches.
