#6 Women's Tennis Bounce Back With 5-4 Win Over #10 Redlands
Mar. 12 – (CLAREMONT, Calif.) – After falling to #25 Bowdoin Tuesday, the Carnegie Mellon University women's tennis team, ranked sixth, bounced back with a 5-4 victory over #10 Redlands. The win moves the Tartans record to 10-3 winning ten of their last eleven matches, as Redlands fall for the second time this season moving their overall record to 6-2.

Alisa Liebowitz (Wayne, N.J./Wayne Hills) and freshman
Brooke Loar (Columbus, Ohio/Upper Arlington) looked very sharp at third doubles winning 8-3 over Natalie Krzmarzick and Kaleena Wakamatsu giving Carnegie Mellon an early 2-1 lead following doubles play.

Jennifer Chui (Saratoga, Calif./Monta Vista) recorded a straight set victory at second singles following her 8-5 win at first doubles with senior teammate
