Women’s Tennis Players Staloch and Chui Win ITA Regional

Sept. 24 – (FREDERICKSBURG, Va.) – Senior Amy Staloch (Midland, Mich./H.H. Dow) and freshman Jennifer Chui (Saratoga, Calif./Monta Vista) competed in the final day of the ITA Women's Southeast Regional Tennis Championships Monday, September 24. The tandem came away with a 9-7 victory in the finals, winning the Regional and earning All-America status.

Staloch and Chui defeated Lauren Caire and Katie Tabb of Washington & Lee to move on to the 2007 Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) National Small College Championships at Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers October 11-14.

In singles play, Staloch bowed in the semifinals losing to Caire 6-1, 7-6 (2).
