Staloch Places Third at ITA’s

Oct. 14 - (FT. MYERS, Fla.) - Carnegie Mellon University women's junior tennis player Amy Staloch (Midland, Mich./H.H. Dow) competed in the consolation finals of the ITA National Small College Championships at Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, FL, Saturday, October 14. Staloch was victorious as she claimed third place at the Division III Championships.

Staloch defeated Richelle Marasigan from Emory University in the third place singles match (6-3, 6-3). On Friday, Staloch and teammate Mona Iyer (Charleston, W.Va./George Washington) captured third place in doubles play.

Both Staloch and Iyer earned All-America status.
