2008

• Outdoor: Top 1,500m (3:52.67; Carnegie Mellon Senior Meet), top 800m (1:53.40; Carnegie Mellon Tri-Meet), top 5,000m (14:41.93; Allegheny). Won the 1,500m and placed second in the 800m at the UAA Championships. Finished fourth in the 5,000m at UAAs. Competed at the 2008 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 1,500m.
• Indoor: Top mile (school record 4:12.67; Bucknell), top 5,000m (school record 14:43.94; Kent St.), top 800m (1:56.69; Bucknell), top 3,000m (8:53.31; West Virginia). Won the mile at the UAA Championships. Finished fourth in the mile at the 2008 Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships.

2007

• Outdoor: Top 1,500m (3:50.15; Swarthmore), top 800m (1:57.26; Western PA Championships), top 5,000m (school record 14:40.92; Allegheny). Won the 1,500m and placed sixth in the 5,000m at the UAA Championships. Finished ninth in the 1,500m at the 2007 Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
• Indoor: Top mile (4:13.26; National Championships), top 800m (1:58.30; Bucknell), top 3,000m (8:28.42; Kent St.). Placed second in the mile at the UAA Championships. Finished eighth in the mile at the 2008 Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships.

2006

• Outdoor: Top 1,500m (3:59.69; Bucknell), top 800m (1:57.10; UAA Championships / Carnegie Mellon Invite). Placed sixth in the 1,500m and ninth in the 800m at the UAA Championships.
• Indoor: Top mile (4:27.82; Denison), top 800m (2:01.47; Denison), top 3,000m (8:49.91; Kent St.). Placed eighth in the 3,000m at the UAA Championships.
