Krzeminski Earns UAA Honors

Jan. 24 - (PITTSBURGH, Pa.) Carnegie Mellon University junior David Krzeminski (Grandville, Mich./Grandville) was named University Athletic Association (UAA) Men’s Swimming and Diving Athlete of the Week for his performance against Allegheny College Saturday, January 21.

Krzeminski registered first-place finishes in the 50-yard freestyle (21.49 seconds) and the 200-yard butterfly (1:55.98), helping the Tartans to a 143-86 victory over Allegheny College to improve to 4-0 on the year.

The Tartans will be back in action Saturday, January 28 when they visit Westminster for their final dual meet of the year. The meet starts at 1:00 p.m.
