Men's Soccer to Host ECAC Game
Nov. 5 – (CENTREVILLE, Mass.) – By going undefeated during their non-conference schedule the men’s soccer team of Carnegie Mellon University will make a post season appearance for the eleventh straight time. The Tartans have received a bid to the Eastern College Athletic Conference South Tournament for the second straight season and will host Frostburg State University on Wednesday, November 7 at 7:30 p.m. at Gesling Stadium.
The Tartans finished the year with a 9-5-2 record and play Frostburg (10-8-1) in the first round. Last year the Tartans were seeded second after an 11-5 season and defeated Gettysburg College for the ECAC South Championship.
Should the Tartans win, they will travel to the highest seed remaining for the semifinal.
