Honors Keep Rolling in for Hauffe

Sept. 12 – (PITTSBURGH, Pa.) – Carnegie Mellon University senior defensive lineman Richard Hauffe (Manassas, Va./Osbourn) was recognized once again for his performance in the Tartans 16-6 victory over Grove City on Saturday, September 8.  Hauffe was honored by D3football.com on their Team of the Week and was also named Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Southwest Defensive Player of the Week.

The 6-2, 245 pound lineman was named the University Athletic Association (UAA) Defensive Athlete of the Week earlier this week.  Hauffe and the #22 Tartans face Hobart College Saturday, September 15 in Geneva, N.Y.  Kickoff is slated for 1:00 pm.
