Barlow-Wilcox Earns UAA Recognition

Nov. 22 - (PITTSBURGH, Pa.) Carnegie Mellon University senior Clayton Barlow-Wilcox (Brookline, Mass.) was named University Athletic Association (UAA) Men’s Basketball Athlete of the Week. Clayton was honored for his performance in helping the Tartans start the 2005-2006 season with a 2-0 mark.

Barlow-Wilcox averaged 16 points, 15 rebounds, and 5.5 assists in two games en route to Most Valuable Player honors at the West Penn Classic. Barlow-Wilcox scored 14 points and pulled down 13 rebounds in a 96-68 victory over Washington & Jefferson College, then tallied 18 points and a career-high 17 rebounds in an 80-64 triumph over Grove City College.
