UAA The University Athletic Association was founded in 1986 and currently includes eight member instutions of private, research universities situated in major metropolitan areas. Since the UAA's inception, 32 Association teams have won NCAA Division III National Championships (two in 2008-09), 2,062 student-athletes have garnered All-America honors and 481 have achieved Academic All-America status.

ECAC The Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference is the nation's largest athletic conference and only multi-divisional conference, with 320 member institutions ranging across 16 states from Maine to North Carolina and westerly to Illinois and provides post season opportunity for Tartan teams.
