Online Academic Audit
An Online Academic Audit is a HUB computer program that combines the student’s transcript with all Art course requirements and therefore allows each student to compare courses taken with the course requirements for the BFA in Art (and many other degrees). All enrolled students can access this audit through the HUB website.
Students can access their record at any time and determine which degree requirements are fulfilled and which remain to be taken. Students are responsible for how and when they fulfill their curriculum requirements. They should run an academic audit before registering and whenever there are changes to or questions about their program of study. If the audit is incorrect, the student should contact Mark Cato.
How to access online audits on the HUB:
- Follow the link to "On-Line Services" > Academic Audit On-Line
- Enter your Andrew user id and password > Follow directions for a BFA in Art degree
