The Art & Design Pre-College Program motivates, stimulates and prepares emerging artists and designers for college-level study.
Art & Design Pre-College offers 2 programs:
- Saturday Program from September through April
- Summer Program for six weeks from June through July
Exploring traditional tools and new technologies in a variety of media allows them to develop conceptual and technical skills as well as their portfolios.
Challenging courses, stimulating workshops, museum and gallery field trips, and interaction with dedicated faculty introduce young artists to the spirit and substance of an art and design school culture and environment.
Students engage in a wide variety of art-making activities from traditional to experimental, classical to cutting-edge, while working and socializing in a diverse and dynamic community of peers.
