Trieste Contemporanea Design Contest 2010

Deadline 31 August, 2010

The Trieste Contemporanea Committee is pleased to announce POCKET LUCK, the ninth edition of its International Design Contest organised under the patronage of C.E.I. (Central European Initiative). The contest represents an interesting opportunity for all the young designers and the students from 23 Central Eastern European countries who can show their own ability and promote their works in an international context.

The candidates are asked to submit a project for a new pocket lucky charm/talisman by August 31st, 2010.

An international jury presided by Gillo Dorfles will select a number of projects to be exhibited in Trieste. The best projects will be awarded a first prize (4000 €), a CEI prize (the best designer from one of the CEI countries not part of the EU: 3000 €) and a BEBA prize (the youngest selected designer: 1000 €).
There is no charge for the participation and you can view the competition notice.
