IBM T. J. Watson Research Center Seeling Smarter Building Consultants

IBM's consulting group has immediate openings at the BS (required) and MS (preferred) levels for Smarter Building consultants. The qualified candidate will be responsible for managing client implementation projects of the IBM Smarter Buildings solution strategy. The consultant understands business challenges specific to sustainable commercial real estate and translates them into requirements/ solutions. As a client facing managing consultant, he/she will use his/her commercial real estate subject matter expertise to: provide guidance for design alternatives, communicate with functional and technical project teams, and is responsible for the delivery of process and technical projects.
