AIA / AAF Minority Disadvantaged Scholarship Program

Application Deadline: 29 March, 2013

The AIA/AAF Minority/Disadvantaged Scholarship provides assistance to high school graduates, college freshmen, and community college students from a minority and/or financially disadvantaged background who intend to pursue a NAAB-accredited professional degree (5-year BA or BA + MA) in architecture.

Up to four scholarships will be awarded for the 2013 program. Scholarship amounts generally range from $3,000 to $4,000 and are based on need. The scholarships may be renewed every year (until degree completion) provided the recipient remains in good standing in an NAAB accredited professional program, demonstrates financial need and adheres to all program requirements.

Finalists are announced in mid May 2013.
