Lars Spubroek is principal of NOX Art and Architecture in Rotterdam. The work of NOX is at the forefront of digital design and interactive architecture. Spuybroek is the author of three books, including 'Machining Architecture' a monograph of the firm's work, 'The Architecture of Variation' the first in a research and design series produced at Georgia Tech and 'The Architecture of Continuity' a collection of theoretical essays on perception, technology and methodology.

All events take place at the Carnegie Museum of Art Theater, 4400 Forbes Ave, Pittsburgh.
