"Beg Borrow and Steal" Art Exhibition [Link]
March 13, 2010, 3:00PM - 6:30PM ET

Join Hilary Robinson, Dean of the College of Fine Arts, and John Carson, Head of the School of Art, for an intimate look at the Rubell Family Collection’s newest exhibition, Beg Borrow and Steal. Beg Borrow and Steal presents artists’ attempts to build on the legacies of their predecessors as they present their own new ideas. The exhibition features paintings, sculptures, photographs, videos and installations by seventy four artists, including three Carnegie Mellon alumni, Andy Warhol, Deborah Kass, and Peter Coffin. Come meet the new South Florida Alumni Chapter President, Felipe Conill (CIT'00), and learn how to get involved!

5:00-6:30 p.m. - Reception (hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served)

Jersey Boys on Tour! [Link]

Partake in another uniquely “CFA” experience with Dean Robinson and Head of the School of Music, Noel Zahler, for the acclaimed Broadway hit Jersey Boys, starring Graham Fenton. Following this sold-out show, there will be a talkback with Dr. Zahler and Graham, who will share an exclusive view of his Jersey Boys training and School of Music experiences.

Parking is available in the garage adjacent to the Center. Entrances are located on Iris Street and on Tamarind Avenue.

Cost: Performance and talk back - $80

Please note that tickets are non-refundable. Seating for the performance is outdoor, covered seating.
