Dance Marathon to benefit the Hero Program
January 22, Weigand Gym
Carnegie Mellon’s Dance Marathon Committee is planning the University’s first Dance Marathon to benefit the Hero Program of Pittsburgh on January 22, 2011 in Weigand Gym.
The Hero Program aims to support families with terminally ill children and at-risk youth from low-income families in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. This student-run event will be hosting about 800 participants, and our goal is to raise $50,000 for these children.
Carnegie Mellon Dance Marathon would appreciate any contributions you would be willing to give. They are seeking donations from $300-1000, and these donated funds would directly benefit the families involved in our programs.
If you have any questions or concerns, they can be directed to Amanda Ho Sang.
