The Pre-College Architecture Program requires enthusiasm, curiosity and dedication. Our program does not require previous design, drawing or computer experience. If you have those skills, our faculty and program will challenge you to develop them further.
Admissions to the Pre-College program are conducted through the University's central Office of Admissions. The Pre-College application is available here. Applications should be addressed to:

Admission is on a rolling basis. Please submit all of your application materials together before the above deadline. You will be sent a letter of notification within a few weeks of our receipt of your application materials.
Visit Us! Prospective students interested in applying for the Architecture Summer Pre-College program are encouraged to visit Carnegie Mellon on select Mondays and Fridays in March and April. Available dates include: March 18, 22, and 25 and April 1, 5, 8, 12, 22, 26, and 29. Visitors should plan to attend:
