Confidentiality

The Advisory Board process is evaluative; its ultimate goal, continual improvement. This improvement informs not only the direction and strategy of the colleges and schools, but of the university itself. The very nature of this type of review requires the highest form of discretion, and in order to obtain the most accurate and candid information possible from all participants, the strictest confidentiality must be applied. Anything heard or discussed during the course of the review should not be shared with anyone who is not part of the review process. This expectation of confidentiality extends once the Advisory Board visit has been completed, not just during the review itself.

The report and recommendations of the Advisory Board are confidential to the university, the administration, and the Board of Trustees.

We appreciate your understanding of and adherence to this request.
