User & Educational Services Vision

User & Educational Services leads the evolution of the campus computing environment by providing central services, tools and assistance in their use and application.

Our priorities are:

• Support of University teaching and learning activities.
• Support of the human computing infrastructure on campus; to help the campus' distributed computing support groups serve our collective customer base of faculty, staff, and students.
• Support of general user productivity.

We systematically investigate and assess the needs of the campus community and develop our services to best meet those needs.

We are a central point of contact for computing issues on campus, and act as the user's advocate in resolving those issues, whether those issues lie within our Division, other campus groups, or external organizations. We continuously evaluate and improve our processes to provide the best value to the campus community.
