Global IT Services
Global IT Services brings together front-line services from around Computing Services to enhance our support of Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh and around the world. The department consists of User Services, Communication and Documentation, front-line Telecom Services, and liason activities that support our global campuses. To support these services through emergencies both today and in the future, the department is also responsible for Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.
