| MS Office/Vista Project Management | Only outstanding issue is Calendar/KFW. I received beta version of Oracle Cal/KFW client on 6/16/08. Once tested this will be released to campus and we can update status page to reflect this. | Dot Foote | 10/06 | In progress (minimal effort) | |
| Online Application Design | Need to convert our online applications to a new design that is consistent with our new web pages. Laura Valentine/Karen Berntsen are working on the UI. Sent email on 6/16 for status. We'll continue our work from there. |

| My Andrew Phase out | Our work will begin when the new WebISO UI is released. On July 1, the new password project should be completed. Shortly after, we should be able to publish a tombstone page in place of the myandrew page that redirects people to the portal. |

| Review Cycle | Implement a review cycle for all of our web content through automated processes established in the CMS. Len is working on implementing the review cycle on a smaller scale with another group. Pending that and his resource time, we'll begin implementation on our documentation collection. | Faculty Orientation | Work with Mike Bridges from Eberly Center to develop orientation materials for new faculty members. We'll be giving Mike 60 copies of the Clusters pamphlet along with the inserts: one for how to use clusters and a second with computing info in it. | MediaTech Classroom Technology Upgrade project | Bond project to upgrade equipment in all classrooms and auditoriums on campus over three years.
