• With 100 percent of CMU’s electricity coming from green power sources, the university ranked as a green power leader by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Currently in the final stages, the university's "Inspire Innovation" campaign has already reached its $1 billion goal.

CMU consists of seven schools and colleges: Carnegie Institute of Technology, College of Fine Arts, Dietrich College of Humanities and Social Sciences,  Heinz College, Mellon College of Science, School of Computer Science and the Tepper School of Business.
