Friday, March 21: Deadline for Doctor's Candidates to Confirm Participation and Identify Faculty Hooder
Doctor's candidates should confirm participation in the Doctor's Hooding Ceremony and identify the faculty member who will hood them on stage with their academic department. See the Doctor's Hooding page for more details.

Monday, March 31: University Catering Orders Due
University Catering orders due for diploma ceremonies, receptions, etc. Please contact Catering Services at 412-268-2129 with questions.

Tuesday, April 1: Cap and Gown Order Deadline
Participating faculty must wear caps and gowns at the main commencement ceremony, the diploma ceremonies and Doctor’s Hooding. Visit the faculty and staff cap and gown information page for additional details and procedures on ordering your cap and gown.

Monday, April 16: Expected Attendance Numbers Due for University Catered Events
All information, including menus and expected attendance, must be finalized with Catering Services. Please contact Catering Services at 412-268-2129 with questions.
