Friday, March 20: Deadline for Doctor's Candidates to Confirm Participation and Identify Faculty Hooder
Doctor's candidates should confirm participation in the Doctor's Hooding Ceremony and identify the faculty member who will hood them on stage. See the Doctor's Hooding page for more details.

Monday, March 30: University Catering Orders Due
University Catering orders due for diploma ceremonies, receptions, etc. Please contact University Catering at 412-268-2129 with questions.

Wednesday, April 1: Cap and Gown Order Deadline
Participating faculty must wear caps and gowns at the main commencement ceremony, the diploma ceremonies and the Doctor’s Hooding Ceremony. Cap and gown orders will be accepted beginning in February. Please check back for more information and to place an order.

Tuesday, April 14: Expected Attendance Numbers Due for University Catered Events
All information, including menus and expected attendance, must be finalized with University Catering. Please call 412-268-2129 with questions.

Saturday, April 25: FMS Orders Due
FMS orders are due for diploma ceremonies, reception, etc. that will not take place in the University Center. If last year's information is needed, please contact Jo Donatelli at 412-268-7511 or jo@andrew.cmu.edu.

Tuesday, April 28: University Center Room Requirements Due
Set-up requirements and room diagrams for diploma ceremonies, receptions, etc. taking place in the University Center are due. Please contact Marcia Gerwig at mg48@andrew.cmu.edu with any questions.
