Connie Testa is a lifelong musician and a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in classical piano and music education. Over the years she has provided music for churches and community events, and has taught music in the public schools for 33 years. She has played jazz flute over the past several years and has collaborated with various Pittsburgh jazz musicians, including Jessica Lee, Rick Gallagher, Mark  Strickland, and Vonnie Tyyme Smith (band leader of JAZZ’PO’ETIC).
