Dietrich College Creates New Interdisciplinary Climate Change Grand Challenge Seminar

The Dietrich College of Humanities and Social Sciences recently created a new Grand Challenge Interdisciplinary Freshman Seminar on climate change. The course takes an interdisciplinary approach, and is taught by Civil and Environmental Engineering and Engineering and Public Policy Professor Peter Adams, as well as Dietrich College Adjunct Instructor Kasia Snyder and Associate Professor of English James Wynn. The course engages students with climate change using multiple angles, from scientific and technological to rhetorical and political.
